4. After this time, most of the odor should be gone; repeat the process if necessary.

How to find the right shoe size:
• Measure your foot length and width and compare it with the chart - don't just rely on your usual EU size.
• Between two sizes? Choose the smaller size for a sporty, snug fit, or the larger size for more comfort or wider feet.
• If you often wear thicker socks or have a very high instep, we also recommend going up a size.

Body Measurement Guidelines (Foot Measurement):
• Stand barefoot or in thin socks on a sheet of paper, heel against the wall.
• Mark the longest toe, measure the distance from the wall to the mark - this is your foot length in cm.
• Measure the widest part of your foot (ball circumference) for foot width.
• Preferably measure in the evening as feet may swell slightly during the day.

Clothing Measurement Guidelines (Shoe Inner Dimensions):
• Take a pair of shoes that fit you very well and remove the insole if possible.
• Measure the length of the insole from heel to toe and compare it with your foot length from the chart (the shoe should be approx. 0.5–1 cm longer).
• Also check the widest part of the insole to ensure your foot width has enough space.
