How long will it take to receive a response to my request?

We respond to all messages and emails within 24 hours, in the order they are received.


Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at info@chicundstil.com.

Please note that once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Once the order has been shipped, you can still exercise your 30-day return right in accordance with our return and exchange policy.


How long does it take to process my order?

  • France: 3 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3 business days

Orders placed after the cutoff time (00:00 CET) are processed on the next business day.


How long does delivery take once the order has been shipped?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • France: 2–11 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2–11 business days

What is the total delivery time?

The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

  • France: 5–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–14 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can also check your order status at any time on our Track your order page using your order number and email address.


Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking information may take a few hours to appear after your order has been shipped.

If the issue persists, contact us at info@chicundstil.com and our team will check the status of your delivery.


Will my order be delivered in a single package?

Depending on the size of your order, items may be delivered in multiple packages, with an interval of 1 to 2 business days between each delivery.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you can return it within 30 days in accordance with our return policy.


What happens if my order is delayed?

We do our best to meet the announced delivery times. However, external factors such as an incorrect address, carrier issues, weather conditions, or holiday periods may cause delays.

Our team remains available to help you track and resolve any delivery issues.


I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We are sorry that your order did not arrive in perfect condition.

If your package is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery.

If the package was delivered in your absence, contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.


Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, Chicundstil offers a 30-day return and exchange policy.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after full receipt of your order.

Items must be in good condition, new or lightly used, and in their original packaging.


How do I make a return or exchange?

  1. Contact us at info@chicundstil.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive instructions: we will send you a return authorization and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
  3. Return your package: use the provided label or send it back to the indicated address.
  4. Refund: processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Return costs?

For defective or incorrectly delivered products:
There is no cost to the customer. This applies if the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered upon receipt.

In case of cancellation / reordering:
If you no longer want the item or have ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 30 business days to your original payment method.

Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card issuer.


Do you charge restocking fees?

No, Chicundstil does not charge any restocking fees.


I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

Please check your bank account or contact your bank.
