1. Place the teeth/trays in hot water (almost boiling) for a minute. This will make them soft and moldable.

2. Firmly position the teeth on your existing teeth using a mirror. Press down well and gently push the impression material behind your real teeth with your thumbs.

3. After 30 seconds, gently remove the teeth from your mouth and place them in cold water to cool them. The impression material will turn white once completely hardened.

4. The impression now fits exactly to the shape of your teeth and can be used as desired.
