How to Measure Your Foot Correctly (Body Measurement):

Stand with both feet on a sheet of paper, heel against the wall.
Mark the longest part of your foot (toe) and measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
Repeat for both feet and use the larger value.
Compare your measured length with the chart above.

Note on Shoe or Inside Measurements:

The values in the table are based on the recommended foot length, not the outside length of the shoe.
There is usually about 5–10 mm "play space" between foot length and inside length of the shoe for comfortable walking.
If you wear orthopedic insoles, choose a half to a whole size larger if possible.
